JACKSON

We received the letter below from Jackson's Mom today, 6/20. As you can tell from this letter, both she and Jackson are doing GREAT!!!

Dear Susi and all of Jackson's friends and benefactors,

I brought Jackson home on 4/3/06, in his crate with Princess,
protesting all the way up the 405 from Orange County to the South
Bay.  He wanted out of the crate and on my lap, so I had to stick my
fingers into the crate for him to feel, so he would stop howling.
He nicely posed for this picture soon after we got home.  He's
wearing the tee shirt that was made for him to cover the shaved areas
from his heart surgery, so he wouldn't get cold.

Jackson soon adopted the cords from the mini blinds as his favorite
toys. They are now tied up off the floor!

He loves to run!!  He runs in the back yard with me daily, but on
this special day, we went to a local park with his friend and
sometime sitter, Sakada and doggie friend Sidney ,for a photo shoot.

He runs a lot, so he needs his beauty rest.

This is "Action" Jackson, playing in his back yard, mid-April.  He's
sometimes known as Action, sometimes Mr. Magic, at times Dumpster
Doggie (he likes to pick up trash, especially food wrappers), and
even "The Reverend", when he gets that pious look, very innocent.

His first field trip was end of April, to visit Aunt Fran.  She is
sooo comfortable to lie on!

First week of May, lovin' his back yard, including his window on the
world.  You can still see the shaved leg, from his surgery IV.

He loves his numerous toys, trimming the sheers (!),  napping in his
crate and little bed, and hanging out with Princess, the Snowman and
Mr. Frog.

This was taken today.  He looks angelic, doesn't he?  Aside from the
sheers and his take no prisoners attitude toward other dogs,
particularly large ones. he is an angel.  I call him Mr. Magic
because of his effect on others.  He makes people who have never
shown their teeth smile, little kids love him,  cat lovers think he
must be part cat.  He is a blessing and a joy everyday.  We now must
rush to Jackson's 2nd (my third--we're dumber) obedience class.  He
is doing well at heeling and sitting and more to come!!  God Bless
You and Thank you all.

We loovee Little Dog Rescue and friends.    From one of the happiest
dogs on the planet and the happiest Jackson mom!
